battery needs replacing

This car is running but the turbo has expired and needs replacing. Taxed and MOTd until March 09. Mp3 CD stereo, new battery in august 08, Mp3 CD stereo, just had an oil and filter change, 4 new tyres 2007. An excellent car and drives well. Interior is clean, there is a slight dent and some paintwork damage on the nearside passenger door, this could be easily replaced. I am unable to do the necessary work myself due to time and other commitments hence price. £800 ono
