looks like treadplate but it's not it' the soft spongy stuff, perfect to carpet over and not feel hard under your feet. As you can see it's a pearl paint, could do with a touch up here and there but otherwise good. Engine... is strong no smoke, clean burner and as in the pic very clean! It's had new disc's and pads and anti roll bar bushes. Alloy wheels and lowered. All in all an excellent template for a camper conversion.It is the 1200 long wheel base
